We would like to take the opportunity to invite you to enroll in our tournament, and inform you of the particulars regarding this event.  The Event will take place on the 13th and 14th of March next year, and each team will be guaranteed a minimum of four games.  The cost of entry for the tournament will be €150 per team, which is fair considering it is only the amount of the hall rental.

 

            The Hotel has offered us a great discounted rate of €110.00 per person for two night’s accommodation including Breakfast x 2, dinner x 2 and lunch x 2.  Thus bringing the average cost for the entire weekend on average to only €125.00 per person for those who need to spend the night. (This includes minimum 4 games most teams will play minimum of 5 games. 5 star hotel room, with pubs and restaurants on site, all meals necessary for the two days, and a trophy for the winning team.)  I will send details on request to book the hotel rooms directly with the hotel.

 

            Please contact me to confirm attendance for these dates, and also let me know your accommodation needs as I can pass you on any relevant information and details.  We will require a deposit of €100 per team due on January 6th 2010 to confirm that you are committed to the event.

 

            Please note the tentative roster and please advise us ASAP if there are any problems with the scheduling.

 

            This is an all ages event, there will be an organized gathering at the pub in the hotel on the Saturday Night, and will be followed hopefully, (if we can afford it) a bus picking transporting us to a local pub in Castlebar in order for the teams to get to know each other.  Please note that if you have minors attending; and are not of legal age to go into pubs at night, they will need to stay with an accompanied parent or guardian, while these 18+ events are taking place.

Well guys after a very successful first session,I am pleased to announce that the next session is going ahead earlier than expected at 8pm (Please arrive at 7.45) Tuesday May 5th,in McHale Park (An Sportlann) Castlebar Co.Mayo as Breaffy Sports Hotel is unavailable.
